I started this company in 2004 after working for several other transmission repair shops,(Westmar Tranmission, Eagle Transmission) I learned from them. Refined my skills, and decided I was going to do the best job I could, give the best warranty I could, and do it at a fair price. Early years were tough as no advertising was done, just word of mouth. To this day I don’t advertise. Just plain old word of mouth.

Mike started working for The Transmission Clinic in 2006, I worked with Fred prior to that at Eagle Transmission for a few years. It all began for me there. Fresh out of the Military, I started as a tear down specialist from there graduated to R&R tech. Now Shop Manager / Lead Technician, with highly special skill in electrical diagnostics. Mike Daniels started working for The Transmission Clinic in 2022. Currently he is working under Fred's and Mike's guidance as an apprentice. Mike is a very hard worker and is sucking up knowledge like a sponge. He is the first to arrive and the last to leave on a daily basis. He loves honey buns from our neighbors at Donuts Delight !!
